yez was my 1st lesson with samantha..
quite gd
cos she's very smart n quick
jz dat she has diff understanding math lang
cos there's a certain way to describe a math qn
i think itz her teacher nv teach properly..
asked her to write set notation
dunno wads dat..
bt when i pointed out wad set notation looks lyk
den she'll go "oh..."
den description of sets quite poor too..
dunno 'description' means in words!!!
den nt sure abt brackets too..
lyk 2x(4x+1) to the power of (y+2)
she's nt sure whether e power (y+2) is for (4x+1) or 2x or both..
basically, calculations nt much prob
onli careless mistakes
lyk writing x-coordinate as y-coord n vice versa..
so lesson quite fast..
1 lesson go thru 3 topics
sets, log, simultaneous eqn
i think too fast le..
budden i need to devote more time on harder qn

F(x) is esp diff for her
she cant sketch e graph of log, ln,
n many more
which is damn impt in F(x)s
