damn sad abt workingcos gt many probs.1st of all,my colleague-cum-ntu fren, kailing, always hav communication errors with me.she always cant understand wad im saying.cos she realli cant absorb info fast enough.even she herself admit dat she cant realli learn v.fastso oknvmexplain slowly.but this time, she can process faster.once she has queries or doubts, she'll imediately ask, cutting my instructions.but u noe, some things mz listen to the whole story b4 u realli understand wad it's all abt.so, most of her qns are wrong.as in she'll say sth like "oh! izzit like dis or that?"which is of course wrong!!!so i'll give her my 'No' look.dunno whether im realli fierce or impatient or is her definition of 'fierce' & 'impatient' is super shallow.so, anyway, she finds me 'fierce' and 'impatient'wadeva.and the worst thing is......she actually push all the blame to me n told other pple that I TOLD HER TO DO THIS!then when i clarify with her, den she tell me she ASSUMES itz like dat cos once again, comm error.me: den y dun u ask me 1st?kailing: cos u seem v busy n stressme: dotx.im not the onli one who has comm errors with her lorz.
even adults like those sisters n executives talking to her she also dun quite understand them
for instance, Sis Jaro was asking her to help her key in some info using excel.
Sis Jaro said she'll email kailing the template for her to key in
then she approach me to help her check whether kailing enters the info correctly.and then!!! Kailing ASSUMES Sis Jaro is gg to email me the soft copy den im suppose to forward the mail to her for her to key in.wth.you noe how i found out that she din understand the instruction?cos after Sis Jaro left, kailing came to ask me kailing: so is Sis Jaro gg to email you the template?me: i thought she said she's going to email u (kailing) the template? my job is onli to check whether you keyed in correctly or not.kailing: oh... i ASSUME she's gonna email u the file cos she went to talk to you.me: huh? u mean you din understand wad she said to you?kailing: yes, cos she was talking too fast. cant catch her accentme: den y dun u ask her to repeat?kailing: no chance. ai yah, you noe wad to do can le.super freaking annoying.dunno y. she always give that kind of reason like e person talking super fastor she cant catch their accentor she cant find the chance to raise her qns.itz not that i do not face such probs lorz.i've talked to pple who mumbles all e way throughout the conversation n sometimes i admit i cant understand wad they're saying.BUT at least i always have the chance to get them repeat their words.dunno whether im super gd in finding chances to ask pple to repeat themselves or izzit kailing's super lousy at communicating with others.i realli dunno n dun understand her 'problem'.furthermore, her work attitude is so diff from mine lorz.when pple pass things to me, i'll always double check n everythingbut she doesntso when she kena trouble like things get lost den she panicked n asked me for help.i mean pple approached her n i dun even noe wad thing they pass to her.how to help???den ask her to stamp the "received" chop she also stamp wrongly.she stamped upside down.after that she came to confess to me.kailing: hey, sorry i made the mistakeme: don't you check which side you're stamping b4 you stamp on the doc?kailing: never. but i liquid away the wrong one n stamped the right side le. never mind 1 izzit?if you were me, wad can u say...she already made the mistake. wad can i do.i can juz sigh.even better. When she heard me sigh, she'll ask, "wad happen? you v stress ah?"haha.wad can i say???
