damn shagged dis week...been training n training n training.i've just joined dragonboat.haha.crazy idea.actually wanted to quit it cos too tiring le.budden the good frens that i got to know in dragonboat super nicen friendlyn they dun wanna quitask me to join with them..wed: running up the slope.from src to some dunno wad hall lorz.all the way up there, then come down 200m like dat den up againfinally we end at the top of the long staircase, which is beside the poolsuper high n steep stairs lorz.can imagine we ran from level 1 to even higher up dere den end on top of the staircase???wa liewanw, im the last of the whole fleethaha.as usual.their speed is super fast de lorz.. like 10+min run 2.4kfri: ran slope again. but din have the reverse of 200m, just all the way to the start of the staircaseden gym workwa liew.did 10kg of lifting, 4 slabs of bench-lifting...many many more.las but not least, climbed the super high stairs 3 times!!!realli wanna die le.today: ran from kallang river to sheares bridge, which is 3km!!!damn wanna die le.last to complete too. haha. but still can sprint at the last part. dunno y gt the energy man!the seniors all keep telling me to catch up to their pace.damn qi kek la. cos realli no strength le!!!after the run is sea-rowing. today we tried to lift our butts to row --> can stretch more forwarddamn diff la. dunno how the seniors can survive thisdammit.anw, will try to cont until they kick me out.cos right now they say too many pple le. so must have selectionbut dunno when they will kick us out.so all my frens in dragonboat are like: train until they kick us outhaha.persevere is the key to success.dammit.i hate running!!!-end-
